If you submit, post, or otherwise provide content through our services (such as reviews, notes, or preferences), you grant Aineara a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Certain Aineara services may be offered on a subscription or paid basis. Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Aineara does not store your full payment information. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise.

Aineara does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aineara LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, or services. Aineara is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Aineara, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
